1. Learn summer special delicacies

In this food workshop, you can witness summer special dishes and delicacies whipped up by Chef Rishi. Organised by Holy Belly Food Boutique, you can sip on sparkling wine and enjoy hors d’œuvre such as canapés while you are taken through the food demonstrations.

2. Acquire the art of grilling
In this Weber Barbecue Masterclass, you will get hands-on experience on how to work the grill. This includes expert tips and techniques from a Weber chef on how to grill, roast and bake. Participants will get to grill barbeque-special delicacies like roast chicken, grill pizzas, and molten chocolate pudding among others; and that becomes their meal. Bonus: Recipe hand-outs are included, so just focus on the chef and on your barbecue without worrying about taking down notes.

BENGALURU
1. Join an international food festival

After last year’s success, the celebrated chefs are back in the country for the second edition of the food festival, World on a Plate (WOAP). This time around, WOAP features some of the most influential greats from the culinary world—Adriano Zumbo, Elena Duggan, Janice Wong, Ranveer Brar and Gary Mehigan—who will conduct master classes, tête-à-tête and master chef live judging, besides judging some of India’s top restaurants who will be competing for the coveted trophy of the ‘World on a Plate Restaurant of the Year 2017’.

2. Enjoy a brunch and hear food stories

Share your stories around food and listen to those of others in this sit-down, limited-seating (20 people) intimate brunch.

1. Enroll your kid for a food workshop
Organised by Science Utsav, this workshop will help children explore the contents and calorie content of the food they eat daily and what goes into it. From food adulteration and how to check the purity of the food we eat, to what’s healthy and what's not, this learning experience includes it all. Children between the age of 5 to 14 can witness the testing of rice for carbohydrates, and Bengal gram for protein.

2. Learn the basics of food photography
Conducted by food photographer Assad Dadan who has worked on brands like Hakkasan India, Yauatcha India, Silom Cooking School Bangkok, Wok Express, Love&Cheesecake, Trident Mumbai, The Oberoi Mumbai, among others, this workshop is an introduction to the world of food photography. This hands-on and interactive session will include the basics of food photography such as training on lighting, exposure triangle, composition, importance of food style and post processing.
