With beer, wine, and even burger festivals, it’s finally pizza’s time to shine. The folks at Playlist Pizzeria (arguably one of the best places to eat pizza in Mumbai) are hosting a pizza festival with a twist. It’s called the ‘Global Fusion Pizza Festival’ and rightly so because the offerings are inspired by cuisines across the globe. Imagine a pizza inspired by the street food of Bangkok or a Mexican fiesta.

Woodside Inn and Pack-a-Pav come together to give burgers a desi makeover. Grab some of Woodside Inn’s classic sandwiches and burgers such as parmesan and mushroom, tenderloin with double cheddar, Jamaican jerk chicken, and paneer patty with salsa rossa, in the form of a pav sandwich starring the humble Bambaiyya naram pav. Don’t forget the side of sweet potato fries (they’re healthier, just saying).

When it comes to food in Mumbai, dining isn't the only way to enjoy it. Insta-famous food photographer Assad Dadan is conducting a smartphone photography workshop at The Classroom by La Folie. The two-and-a-half-hour session will teach participants to compose and shoot professional-style food images. Not just that, but also a bunch of pro tips food styling and how to enhance these pictures in a photo-editing software.
