Following the monk
Who among us doesn’t love a good ’ol peg of Old Monk with a dash of cola and wedge of lime? India’s favourite
rumbrand finds its way on the menu of Chembur-based Le Café for their Rum Maaro Rum festival. Be it drunken chicken sliders, the rummy lamb burger or concoctions such as the silent monk and the monk libre, Old Monk has been used in imaginative ways.
