It’s not often that Delhiites have an opportunity to sample authentic Parsi cuisine. Now here’s your chance to learn to cook these dishes. Delhi Karavan with Soda Bottle Openerwala are hosting a workshop where you will not only eat, but also learn to cook some typical dishes from Bawa cuisine. Anahita Dhondy, Chef Manager at Irani café SodabottleOpener Wala, will conduct the workshop which will cover Irani specialities like Mutton Dhansak and Chicken Farcha, among other items, in a fun, quirky and contemporary avatar.

Paint & Vineyard
Love wine and art? Bring the two together this weekend. Slip into your aprons and get ready to recreate the masters with the help of some trained artists, while you sip on sangria and wine. Organised by Kohlart & The Piano Man Jazz Club, the event is spread over three hours. You can pick your eats, or simply choose to focus on your painting, which you will carry home. Go as a group, or walk in solo to make new friends who share your love for the brush and vino.

Topics covered will include an introduction to vegetable gardening, using the appropriate containers for planting, vegetable seeding, preparing soil, planting and taking care of the plant.

Food Truck Festival
Finally, Mumbai gets its first official food truck park. Hurray! To celebrate the occasion, the Mumbai Food Truck Society has organised a launch party over the weekend. Post this, foodies can relish a menu curated by the top 10 food trucks, as well as a daily menu. There is something for everyone. Apart from delicious eats, the park will also have pop-up shops, mini flea, kids activity and more.
