Vipin Sahu’s piteous pleas “Bhai, land kara do, arey Mummy reeeeyyy” tickled the entire nation and overnight, the petrified paraglider is an internet hero. In the now a viral video, the moment the tile-showroom owner from UP’s Banda emerges out of the kohra (fog) to realise he’s bahut upar, Sahu begins to beg, plead and bribe his paragliding pilot “bhai land karao.” Paralyzed by fear, but holding on to dear life and his selfie stick, the six minute video is a laugh riot. Sahu later admitted that he decided to attempt the stunt to counter jibes from friends. A stunt he will remember for a long time – and so will India, while rolling on the floor, laughing.

Sahu went paragliding in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, and after the success of the video, now plans to attempt to sky dive. Vagamon, a tiny hill station on the Kottayam-Idukki border of Kerala, is home to trekking, paragliding, mountaineering, rock climbing and 11 other adventure activities, making it perfect for the thrill-seeking tourists. When paragliding, you can look down on the tall pine trees (which will appear dwarfed), lush green meadows, and several waterfalls along the route.
