2. Mi Cocina Mexico
Mexican food is taking over the world. So why not learn to prepare them at home? Kyneton Food Studio will help you achieve that, so register for their ‘Mi Cocino Mexico’ workshop. On the menu is potato and chorizo tacquitos with pico de gallo, corn tortillas, followed by chicken mole poblano with green rice, Mexican corn bread, elotes callejeros (corn on the cob with chipolte mayonnaise) and ceviche with avocado, pomegranate and lime. The session will end with the traditional Mexican chocolate and cinnamon flan and agua de Jamaica—hibiscus tea. Bonus: All the recipes are gluten-free.

Shrine Farmers’ Market in Sutherland is a heaven-on-earth for foodies. The market has everything—ranging from seasonal farm-fresh vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, gourmet foods, artisan breads and beverages. Through this initiation, the market aims to help and support local community groups and independent primary producers of the Sutherland Shire community.
