JW Marriott, Juhu, Mumbai

Can’t get enough of mangoes? Head to JW Marriott to quench your aam thirst. Executive Sous Chef Alok Verma’s version of the Mango Ganache Mille-Feuille, a dessert of French origin, is a personal hit amongst his daughters. A crispy layer of puff pastry served with fresh and sweet mango custard cream along with some chopped fresh mangoes; what’s not to love! And if you’re all about clean eating and are on the process of getting that toned summer body, the Mango and Avocado salad is just for you! It’s hearty and filling with a flavourful mint and coconut emulsion, and an added punch of sweetness from the mango and creaminess from avocado.

Chef Verma says, “The Mango and Avocado salad is again a well-thoughtcombination where flavours and textures are perfectly balanced – a punch of sweetness from the mango and creaminess from avocado.” What’s best, you can either throw in other ingredients such as quinoa, mixed greens, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, even grilled chicken or pork, to make your own healthy version.

Fairmont Jaipur

While in Jaipur, you could taste Pune’s famous dessert drink, Mastani, to help beat the heat. Both the star ingredients are indigenous and abundantly available in the state.” So head to Le Meridien for this locally inspired flavour.

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace

Adding a twist to the already famous cheesecake, Westin’s Fried Mango Cheesecake is something that’s worth trying. Pastry Chef Shashi Bhuwan Gopal says, “The fried crust along with a soft filling offers a refreshing surprise for the palate and the crisp texture of the coating complements the sweetness of the mango compote served with it.”
