Patisserie Sassy Teaspoon is taking Holi’s favourite drink – thandai – to the next level by fusing it with French macarons. Take a break from the traditional dishes and binge on some mouthwatering dim sums. Chef Vikas Seth of Sriracha has planned special (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) baskets, which contain eight varieties of colourful dim sums. These bite-sized dumplings are filled with ingredients such as wild mushrooms, roasted pumpkin, shrimp, beetroot, chicken, and broccoli. These baskets are available at the restaurants UB City and Robata, Indiranagar outlets.
