Indulge away in some classic summery flavours as you bite into their Mango Cheesecake with fresh Mango Compote or their Mango Coconut Tart with Vanilla ice- cream and forget all about your summer woes. Treat yourself to their homemade Mango Ice Cream and Mango Sorbet which are absolutely refreshing and sassy!

If you have a thing for kairis or raw mangoes, head straight to The Bombay Canteen and dig into their Kairi Meringue Tart, which is pastry chef Heena Punwani’s very own mango rendition. Topped with brûlée meringue and red chilli powder, this kairi custard is sure to leave you wanting for more. “Fashioned after a lemon tart, the shortcrust base is first lined with bruleed kairi slices sprinkled with chilli powder and topped with a kairi custard with the barest hint of black salt. The tart is served with torched meringue and kairi jujubes rolled in sugar, a nod to those carefree, childhood summer days," shares chef Punwani.
