Singh underwent one of the most impressive celebrity transformations we’ve ever seen, transforming his bulky Alauddin Khilji persona from Padmaavat to his lanky role in Gully Boy. His intense training regimen, which included a mix of heavy weight lifting and weight training, was designed by personal trainer Mustafa Ahmed. All of that hard work in the gym combined with a no-sugar diet got him into shape, so it’s no surprise he makes it to our No.1 spot.

Over the past few years, Pednekar has gone through an incredible body transformation. Her debut movie, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, saw her playing the role of an overweight newly-wed bride. She gained weight for the film, and then, from a whopping 89 kg, she went to 57 kg in just about six months without even going on a fad diet! She has since managed to stay healthy and fit, thereby encouraging us to follow in her slender footsteps.
