Of the many reasons to adore the reigning Queen of Bollywood, LF's favourite is her unapologetic love for food.
Define your life in three words. Ask Deepika Padukone and her prompt response will be simply, "Food, food, food." Keeping in touch with her roots, the Padmaavat actress prefers to begin her day with a simple but filling south Indian breakfast. She alternates between devouring generous portions of idli, dosa or upma on some mornings. On others, usually, when she's hopping between flights, you will find two egg whites and a glass of low-fat milk on this diva's breakfast table.

She likes to end her hearty breakfast with a cup of herbal tea. Porridge with almond milk and berries or an avocado toast often show up on Sophie's breakfast table.
A wholesome and hearty breakfast helps the Uri actress keep the josh high throughout the day.
“My day begins with a glass of warm water followed by a hot cup of chai," she tells LF. A plate of fresh fruits, servings of poha (flattened rice) or an egg white omelette with a bowl of vegetables usually make up for the rest of her daily breakfast.

Like the rest of the top Bollywood celebrities, Amyra Dastur too prefers egg whites for breakfast.
Clearly, egg whites win the Celebrity Choice Award in the Breakfast category. However, this actress likes to customise her omelette.
