Procedure to make Zucchini Casserole: Finely chop the green & yellow zucchini and extract the seeds. , In a heated pan add olive oil, cumin seeds, black peppercorn & powder, turmeric powder and stir. , Add chopped onions and let it cook until it turns light brown. , In a bowl add yoghurt, dill leaves and parsley. , To the onions add chopped button mushrooms, zucchini, green garlic and mix it. , To the yoghurt add water, parmesan cheese and mix it. , Add the yoghurt mixture into the zucchini, stir it and let it cook for 5 - 7 minutes. , Add the finely chopped mixture of parmesan cheese, dill leaves, onions, black pepper powder, paprika powder in a bowl. , In a bowl add red lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, chopped green garlic, black pepper powder, salt, olive oil and mix it. , In a bowl add the mixture of cheese and onions. , Add casserole in a bowl and Zucchini Casserole is ready to serve.
