  • 1½ cup refined flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla syrup
  • ¼ cup yellow zucchini juliennes
  • ¼ cup green zucchini juliennes
  • milk
  • olive oil for greasing
  • salt
  • brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • icing sugar
  • zucchini pieces

    Mix refined flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, baking powder, brown sugar, olive oil, vanilla syrup, salt, yellow and green Zucchini juliennes, milk to make a batter.

    Grease a bread mould with olive oil and pour the batter into the mould and bake it in the baking pot for 20 - 22 minutes.

    Unmold the bread and garnish it with some brown sugar, olive oil, icing sugar.
