  • 1½ cup refined flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla syrup
  • ¼ cup yellow zucchini juliennes
  • ¼ cup green zucchini juliennes
  • Milk
  • olive oil for greasing
  • Sal
  • Brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • Icing sugar
  • Zucchini pieces

    In a bowl add refined flour baking soda, cinnamon powder, baking powder, brown sugar, olive oil, vanilla syrup (or essence), salt, julienned yellow and green Zucchini, and milk.

    Mix well to make a thick batter.

    Grease a bread mould with olive oil.
  4. 4

    Place the batter into the mould.
  5. 5

    Pre heat a stove top baking pot.
  6. 6

    Place the bread mould in the pot and close the lid.
  7. 7

    Bake for 20 22 minutes on a high flame, Remove the loaf of bread from the pot and mould.

    In a pan cut a few slices of bread and stack them neatly.
  9. 9

    Garnish it with some brown sugar olive oil and icing sugar.
  10. 10

    You can also use two cut pieces of Zucchini to decorate the rim of the pan.
