  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 tbsp Refined flour
  • 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2-3 black and green olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 2 tsp oil, Refined flour for dusting, Black pepper powder to taste, Salt to taste, Water as required
  • FOR garnish
  • mustard sauce

    Boil water in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add some butter to the boiling water.
  3. 3

    Add refined flour when butter melts.
  4. 4

    Mix the flour well and make a dough.
  5. 5

    To this dough, add some boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well again.

    Finely chop some black and green olives and mix it with the flour-potato mixture.

    Season with salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and chopped coriander.

    Mash the mixture well using a potato masher.
  9. 9

    Keep the dough for cooling.

    Dust the surface with some refined flour.
  11. 11

    Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough to a roti shape.

    Dip the animal-shaped moulds in oil and then cut the rolled out dough with these moulds.

    Shallow fry the animal-shaped pieces on both sides.
  14. 14

    Garnish the serving plate with some mustard sauce.
  15. 15

    Place the ?animals? on the plate and serve.
