In a bowl, add ½ cup yogurt, ½ grated apple, 1 tsp walnuts, 1 tsp almonds, 1 tsp lemon juice, 3 tsp honey and mix well. On a pan, add 3 sliced strawberries ½ kiwi diced, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp honey and sauté. In a serving glass, add the yogurt mixture followed by a layer of 1 tbsp muesli and a layer of sautéed fruits. Repeat the yogurt, muesli and fruits layer. Add another layer of yogurt followed by fruits. Garnish it with a slice of green apple. Yogurt Parfait is ready.
