INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds roasted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup jamun pulp
  • 1 cup orange pulp
  • 1 cup pineapple pulp
  • Mint leaf

HOW TO PREPARE YOGURT PARFAIT

    In a bowl mix yogurt with roasted sesame seeds and honey.

    Pour orange pulp in a tall glass.
  3. 3

    Make a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  4. 4

    Pour the jamun pulp next followed by pineapple pulp.
  5. 5

    Top with the remaining yogurt mixture.
  6. 6

    Garnish the parfait with a mint leaf.
