INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ tsp gelatine
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • ½ cup sugar syrup
  • salt
  • 30 ml milk
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Chocolate triangle

PREPARATION

    Heat water and gelatine in a small bowl in a microwave for 10 sec. In another bowl, whisk hung curd, sugar syrup, salt, dissolved gelatine, and milk. Whisk well to avoid lumps. Freeze the mixture. In the serving glasses, add the frozen yogurt ice cream and garnish with strawberry crush and chocolate triangle.
