INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ tsp gelatine
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • ½ cup sugar syrup
  • salt
  • 30 ml milk
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Chocolate triangle

HOW TO PREPARE YOGURT ICE-CREAM

    Heat water and gelatine in a small bowl in a microwave for 10 sec.

    In another bowl, whisk hung curd, sugar syrup, salt, dissolved gelatine, and milk.

    Whisk well to avoid lumps.

    Freeze the mixture.
  5. 5

    In the serving glasses, add the frozen yogurt ice cream and garnish with strawberry crush and chocolate triangle.
