- 1½ tsp gelatine
- 1 cup hung curd
- ½ cup sugar syrup
- 30 ml milk
- Strawberry syrup
- Chocolate triangle
- Heat water and gelatine in a small bowl in a microwave for 10 sec.
- In another bowl, whisk hung curd, sugar syrup, salt, dissolved gelatine, and milk.
- Whisk well to avoid lumps.
- Freeze the mixture.
- In the serving glasses, add the frozen yogurt ice cream and garnish with strawberry crush and chocolate triangle.
