INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams of chicken
  • 1 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp rice powder
  • pink salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 cup of water
  • 2 - 3 sliced green chilli
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • For garnish
  • ginger juliennes

PREPARATION

    Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, rice powder, pink salt as per taste, mix it well and leave it for 2 hours.

    In a heated pan, add olive oil and let it heat. Add finely sliced onions and cook it until it turns brown. Add salt as per taste and mix.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and mix it. Add the chicken and stir fry it. Add water, sliced green chilli and let it boil. Add the slurry of rice flour and water.

    Continuously stir it. Add turmeric powder and mix it. Add the chicken pieces in a toothpick.
  5. 5

    Garnish with ginger juliennes and serve with salad.
