INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cup refined flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp icing sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tsp olive oil
  • tsp Vanilla syrup
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • Icing sugar
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Cocoa powder

HOW TO PREPARE WICKY WACKY CAKE

    Prepare a slightly batter with refined flour icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, olive oil, vanilla syrup, vinegar and condensed milk, in a bowl.

    Pour the batter into a ceramic pot and place it inside a pre heated baking pot with baking stones.
  3. 3

    Close the lid and bake it for 30 35 minutes.
  4. 4

    Take out the ceramic pot from the baking pot remove the cake and rest it for two minutes.
  5. 5

    Cut the cake in the desired shape and size.
  6. 6

    For garnish use vanilla syrup and sprinkle some cocoa powder on the cake.
