INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • Baking powder half teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1/4 tea spoon
  • 1 spoon of dahi
  • 1 spoon of vegetable oil
  • Half teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes,boiled sweetcorn,onions, capsicum
  • Oregano, chilli flakes
  • 1 cup of cheese

PREPARATION

    Mix all the ingredients make a runny dough and keep it a side for atleast an hour.

    Then make roti like base and cook from one side on low medium flame on tawa.

    Chop all the veggies of your choice.

    Grate the cheese .

    Now assemble the pizza .

    First apply pizza sauce .

    Sprinkle some cheese.

    Add your favorite toppings .

    Then again add cheese.

    Oregano and chilli flaxes .

    Bake it on tawa on low flame till the cheese melt or bake it in oven on pizza mode or for 16 mins.
