- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chocolate ganache( dark chocolate with less sugar )
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup skimmed milk
- 1/2 low fat cream
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- In a bowl ,seive the dry ingredients like Whole wheat flour, brown sugar , baking soda ,baking powder, cocoa powder.Stir welNow add the coconut oil and skimmed milMake a nice batter by whisking properly.
- Grease a pan and pour the batter and let it cook for 25 mins.Cover with a liCheck after 25 mins whether its done using a fork or tooth pick.If it comes out clean then its done.
- After it cools down ,cut into circles using cookie cutteBeat the low fat cream till it forms stiff peak foams.Prepare chocolate ganache by melting dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Now place the cirlces one over the other.Now spread the cream uniformly over the pastry with the help of spatula.
- Spread the chocolate ganache over it and sprinkle some chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
