  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 100 ml whey
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup boiled fuseli pasta
  • 1 kale
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp sunflower cheese

    In a pan, add the miso paste, whey, honey, garlic cloves and let it cook.

    Add butter, boiled fuseli paste and cook it.
  3. 3

    Add chopped kale leaves, grated parmesan cheese and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add sunflower seeds, toss again and serve it.
