INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 2 eggplant
  • oil
  • 8 - 10 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup tahini paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1 - 2 cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 100 gm melted white chocolate
  • 3 pita bread
  • pomegranate seeds
  • parsley leaves

PREPARATION

    On a baking tray, add pieces of eggplant. Apply oil to it and grill it in the oven for 40 minutes. In a bowl, add garlic cloves, apply oil to it and grill it in the oven.

    In a blender jar, add eggplant, garlic, lemon juice, tahini paste, salt as per taste. Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, parsley, cumin seeds, coriander powder, melted white chocolate and prepare a paste.

    Grill the pita bread and cut it into quarters. Garnish the baba ganoush with pomegranate seeds, parsley leaves and serve with toasted pita bread.
