  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder, Salt to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk

HOW TO PREPARE WHEAT OATMEAL PANCAKES

    In a bowl, soak oats in buttermilk.

    In another bowl, combine wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.

    Whisk one egg, and add butter brown sugar and buttermilk.
  4. 4

    Add oat mixture to the wet mix and whisk it well.
  5. 5

    Add the wet mixture the dry mixture.
  6. 6

    Whisk it until all the ingredients mix well.

    Put a spoonful of batter on a hot pan.
  8. 8

    Flip the pancake when it turns golden brown.
  9. 9

    Cook until the other side turns into the same colour.
  10. 10

    Garnish the pancake with cream and maple syrup.

    Wheat Oatmeal Pancake is ready to serve.
