INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wheat
  • 4 onions
  • 4 green chilli's
  • 8 to 10 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 250 gm mutton
  • salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chiili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • water
  • 3 tbsp green gram
  • 3 tbsp black gram
  • 5 tbsp bengal gram

PREPARATION

    Parch wheat, pour olive oil, add sliced onions.
  2. 2

    Take 250 gm of boneless mutton, add salt, cumin powder, chilli, garlic, olive oil, garlic paste, crush parched grains using rolling pin.

    In pan add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix well.

    Add turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and mix well.

    Add water, add marinated mutton, add green gram, black gram, bengal gram and mix well.

    Add crushed wheat berry and water.
  7. 7

    Cook for 45 to 50 minutes.
  8. 8

    Serve with fried onions, green chilli, lemon wedges and mint leaves.
