INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Watermelon Fusion Salad
  • ½ cup dates
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 1 cup tamarind juice
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp roasted fennel powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 6 slices watermelon
  • cut into squares
  • FOR Salad Topping
  • 1 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp corn boiled
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Rock salt
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp sweet chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • FOR Garnish
  • Sev
  • Rock salt
  • green chutney
  • red chilli powder
  • balsamic glaze

HOW TO PREPARE WATERMELON SALAD

    Take a pot add dates jaggery, tamarind juice, water, cut watermelon into large square pieces.

    In the same pot, add salt, roasted fennel powder, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.
  3. 3

    In a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato, boiled corn, peanuts, chopped green chillies, black salt, chopped coriander leaves, chutney, chaat masala.

    Place some pieces of watermelon on a plate and top with the corn peanut the mixture.
  5. 5

    Garnish it with sev, black salt, sweet chutney, green chutney, red chilli powder and Balsamic glaze.
