Watermelon Mojito Balls
All you need are 15-20 watermelon balls, chopped mint leaves, lime juice, sugar syrup, some salt and crushed ice to make this watermelon cooler.

  • 15 to 20 watermelon balls
  • 8 to 10 mint sprigs
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ cup sugar syrup Crushed ice
  • Salt

    Using a small round scooper scoop out watermelon balls.

    Roughly chop the mint leaves and slice the lemon.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, pour the sugar syrup and soak watermelon balls in it.

    Squeeze lemon juice on the watermelon balls.
  5. 5

    Add the chopped mint leaves.

    Mix gently.

    Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
  8. 8

    Freeze the watermelon balls.

    In a big jar, put crushed ice and add the frozen watermelon balls.

    Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.

    Serve chilled.
