- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 tsp ginger juliennes
- 1/2 cup potato cubes. fried
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes, Salt as required
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp green chillies
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp, A few coriander leaves, chopped
- In a jar squeeze lemon juice add watermelon chunks, chopped ginger, mint leaves, chopped lemon zest, soaked basil seeds, and honey, and muddle well. Add chilled soda and watermelon chunks. Close the jar for 2 hours and serve.
