INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 tsp ginger juliennes
  • 1/2 cup potato cubes. fried
  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes, Salt as required
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp, A few coriander leaves, chopped

HOW TO PREPARE WATERMELON GINGER LEMONADE

  1. 1

    In a jar squeeze lemon juice add watermelon chunks, chopped ginger, mint leaves, chopped lemon zest, soaked basil seeds, and honey, and muddle well.
  2. 2

    Add chilled soda and watermelon chunks.
  3. 3

    Close the jar for 2 hours and serve.
