Take a pot add dates jaggery, tamarind juice, water, cut watermelon into large square pieces. In the same pot, add salt, roasted fennel powder, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder. In a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato, boiled corn, peanuts, chopped green chillies, black salt, chopped coriander leaves, chutney, chaat masala. Place some pieces of watermelon on a plate and top with the corn peanut the mixture. Garnish it with sev, black salt, sweet chutney, green chutney, red chilli powder and Balsamic glaze.
