INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cream
  • water
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Dry fruits caramelized

HOW TO PREPARE WAFFLES

    In a bowl combine refined flour, caster sugar, baking powder, vanilla essence, cream, and water.

    Mix well.

    The batter is ready.
  4. 4

    Grease the waffle maker with butter.
  5. 5

    Pour the batter and again add butter on it.
  6. 6

    Close the waffle maker and let them cook.
  7. 7

    Transfer waffles to the serving plate and serve with maple syrup.

    Garnish with caramelised dry fruits (tossed in honey).
