INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Refined Flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Mixed Herbs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ cup Butter Milk
  • 1 cup Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Grated Beetroot
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 cup Dalia
  • 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • ½ tsp Chopped Ginger
  • ½ tsp Chopped Garlic
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • ½ tsp Chilli Powder
  • Butter for Brushing
  • live oil for pan fry
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 to 2 Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 3 to 4 sliced Jalapenos
  • 3 to 4 Tomato Slices
  • 1 Cheese Slice
  • ½ tbsp Chopped Chives
  • Drizzle Spicy mayonnaise
  • Sprinkle Chopped Chives
  • Serve with Crunchy Wafers

HOW TO PREPARE WAFFLE BURGER

  1. 1

    In bowl add refined flour, baking powder, mixed herbs, a pinch of salt and butter milk.
  2. 2

    In another bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, grated beetroot, grated carrots and mixed herbs.
  3. 3

    Soak dalia in hot water and microwave it for 1-2 min.
  4. 4

    In potato mixture add soaked dalia, parmesan cheese, ginger, garlic, black pepper, fresh parsley, chilli powder and salt.

    Brush butter on waffle maker.
  6. 6

    In a pan pour some oil and fry cutlets.
  7. 7

    To make sauce: In a small bowl take mayonnaise add ketchup and hot sauce.

    Cut the baked waffle with the help of a ring cutter.
  9. 9

    In one waffle bread place lettuce leaves, cutlet, jalapeño, cheese slice, spicy mayonnaise chopped chives and place waffle bread on the top.
  10. 10

    Serve with crunchy wafers.
  11. 11

    Waffle burger is ready to serve.
