  • Pork
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Vinegar & Chillies
  • Black peppercorns
  • Green cardamom
  • Cloves
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • Onion & Tomato

    To the pork, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, vinegar and leave it to marinate for 5 - 6 hours.

    Prepare a paste of chillies, black peppercorns, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds.

    In another heated pan, add oil, chopped onions, ginger-garlic, tomato and saute Add the marinated chicken and keep on stirring Add vindalho masala and mix it well.

    Add salt as per taste, water, sugar and let it cook.

    Serve the Vindalho hot.
