INGREDIENTS

  • pork
  • ginger
  • garlic paste
  • turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • vinegar
  • chillies
  • black peppercorns
  • green cardamom
  • cloves
  • cumin seeds
  • oil
  • onion
  • tomato

PREPARATION

    To the pork, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, vinegar and leave it to marinate for 5 - 6 hours.

    Prepare a paste of chillies, black peppercorns, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds.
  3. 3

    In another heated pan, add oil, chopped onions, ginger-garlic, tomato and saute. Add the marinated chicken and keep on stirring. Add vindalho masala and mix it well.

    Add salt as per taste, water, sugar and let it cook.
  5. 5

    Serve the Vindalho hot.
