INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 to 3 tbsp onions
  • 2 tbsp capsicum
  • 4 tsp refined flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ cup boiled chicken kheema
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • ½ cup vermicelli
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • bell peppers
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard sauce

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat butter and add chopped onions and sauté. Add chopped capsicum refined flour (roast it), milk, boiled chicken kheema, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, mustard paste, lemon juice, and egg. Mix well and remove the mixture in a plate. Heat oil in a frying pan. prepare medium sized croquettes from the mixture and roll in vermicelli. Deep fry until golden brown. Once fried, remove them in the serving plate and garnish with parsley, bell peppers, ketchup, and mustard sauce.
