INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 to 3 tbsp onions
  • 2 tbsp capsicum
  • 4 tsp refined flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ cup boiled chicken kheema
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • ½ cup vermicelli
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • bell peppers
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard sauce

HOW TO PREPARE VERMICELLI CHICKEN CROQUETTES

    In a pan heat butter and add chopped onions and sauté.
  2. 2

    Add chopped capsicum refined flour (roast it), milk, boiled chicken kheema, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, mustard paste, lemon juice, and egg.
  3. 3

    Mix well and remove the mixture in a plate.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5

    prepare medium sized croquettes from the mixture and roll in vermicelli.
  6. 6

    Deep fry until golden brown.
  7. 7

    Once fried, remove them in the serving plate and garnish with parsley, bell peppers, ketchup, and mustard sauce.
