INGREDIENTS

  • 1 diced carrot
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • a pinch
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 5 to 6 cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup boiled green peas
  • 1 cup soaked moong dal
  • 1 cup soaked rice
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • Ghee fresh coriander For Garnish: .

HOW TO PREPARE VEGGIE RICE MASH

    Heat a cooker with a little ghee.
  2. 2

    To this add some cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, cauliflower florets, diced carrot, boiled green peas, salt, soaked moong dal and soaked rice.

    Mix well with water.
  4. 4

    Pressure cook this for four to five whistles.
  5. 5

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  6. 6

    Garnish it with a little ghee and fresh coriander.
