  • 1 cup walchopped nuts
  • 150 gm Wheat flour
  • 20 gm oats flour
  • 50 gm almond powder
  • 150 gm brown sugar
  • 3 gm ginger powder
  • 6 gm cinnamon powder
  • 6 gm baking powder
  • 150 gm honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gm olive oil
  • 300 gm bottle gourd
  • 375 gm carrots
  • 6 gm baking soda
  • olive oil
  • Icing sugar
  • Kiwi sliced
  • orange wedges
  • cream cheese

    In a food processor grind walnuts, wheat flour, almond powder, brown sugar, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, honey, eggs, and olive oil.

    Blend well.

    The batter is ready.

    In a bowl, add the batter, grated bottle gourd, grated carrots, and baking soda.

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Grease the ramekins with olive oil.
  7. 7

    Transfer the batter to the ramekins.
  8. 8

    Pre heat an oven on 170 C.
  9. 9

    Bake the cake in oven on 170 to 180 C for 25 to 30 min.

    Dust icing sugar on the cake and unmould the cake.
  11. 11

    Garnish with kiwi slices, orange wedges, icing sugar, and cream cheese.
