INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 toasted nori sheet
  • 1 tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup French beans
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ cup avocado ripe
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp onion seeds
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder

HOW TO PREPARE VEG SUSHI

    Place the toasted nori sheet on a sushi mat.

    Spread a portion of sushi rice on the sheet.
  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
  4. 4

    Place carrots, cucumber, French beans, and avocado juliennes on the rice.

    Add chopped ginger pieces.

    Sprinkle white sesame seed and onion seeds.

    Roll the nori sheet tightly by rolling the sushi mat.

    Cut the sushi roll into pieces.

    For plating, make a bed of carrot and cucumber juliennes.

    Sprinkle onion seeds add ginger, and place the sushi pieces.
