INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 toasted nori sheet
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup french beans
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ cup ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp onion seeds
  • salt
  • black pepper powder

HOW TO PREPARE VEG SUSHI

  1. 1

    Place the toasted nori sheet on a sushi mat. Spread a portion of sushi rice on the sheet. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.

    Place carrots, cucumber, french beans, and avocado juliennes on the rice. Add chopped ginger pieces.
  3. 3

    Sprinkle white sesame seed and onion seeds. Roll the nori sheet tightly by rolling the sushi mat.
  4. 4

    Cut the sushi roll into pieces. Serve the sushi pieces and garnish it with carrot, cucumber, onion seeds add ginger.
