For pesto grind basil leaves, spinach leaves, garlic cloves, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, crushed black pepper and salt.
Take a small portion of the pesto sauce in a bowl and add sliced tomatoes, sliced red bell peppers, grated mozzarella cheese, sliced onions, jalapenos, crushed black pepper, olive oil, basil leaves and salt.
Mix well and allow it to marinate for 3 to 5 minutes.
Take pita breads and slice them at the centre, top them with some pesto and sundried tomatoes.
Place the marinated panini filling on them grated cheese and pesto again.
Top them with the other half of the breads.
Grill the breads with some butter and oil in a grill pan, garnish with red bell pepper puree and pesto.
