- 250 gm dark chocolate
- 300 gm whipping cream

- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method and let it cool.
- Pour the whipping cream in a bowl and whip until soft peaks are formed.
- Mix the chocolate and whipped cream. Pour the mousse into serving glasses and garnish with colourful candies.
- Serve the mousse chilled.
