INGREDIENTS

  • Masala oats half cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ginger garlic onion paste one tea spoon each
  • One spoon salted butter
  • Red yellow green capsicum
  • Spring onions one
  • Tomato one
  • Two cubes paneer
  • Cabbage for garnish
  • 3cups of vegetable stock
  • Two spoon almond powder

PREPARATION

    Heat pan add butter.

    Add onion ginger garlic paste one tea spoon each.

    Add little water around three spoon.
  4. 4

    Add half tomato.
  5. 5

    Add veg masala oats half cup.
  6. 6

    Add almond powder two spoon.
  7. 7

    Add vegetable stock 3cups.
  8. 8

    Salt as per taste.

    Add capsicums .
  10. 10

    Cook only for ten minutes .
  11. 11

    Garnish with tomato capsicums andraw cabbage and spring onions and two cubes of paneer paneer (optional).
