INGREDIENTS

  • Fried Rice Ingredients:
  • Rice - 1 Cup
  • Soak 20 mins
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - ½ tsp
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chili - 2
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Spring Onion Whites - 2-3 tbsp
  • Beans - 2-3
  • Carrot - ½ small
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Kali Mirch - as per taste
  • Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili sauce - ½ tbsp
  • Soya sauce - ½ tsp (darSpring onion greens - serve karne ke liye
  • ManchurianIngredients:
  • Cabbage - 1Cup
  • Carrot - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Garlic - 4-5 cloves chopped
  • Ginger - ½ inch chopped
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Corn flour - 3-4 tbsp
  • Maida - 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - ¼ cup
  • Green chilli -
  • Cubed capsicum - ½
  • Onion shells - 1 medium
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp (OptionaRed chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup - 1 tsp / Sugar - ½ tsp
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Water - to make slurry
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - to taste
  • Ajinomoto - optional
  • Spring onion greens - to garnish

PREPARATION

    For Manchurian with gravy, In a bowl, take cabbage, carrot, refined flour, cornflour,salt & pepper, mix well.

    Make lemon size balls of cabbage-carrot mix - entire mix.

    Heat Oil in Skilled, in heated oil, add manchurian balls, fry till golden-brown.

    For Manchurian Gravy - In Pan - add Oil - 2tbsp,garlic, onion, capsicum, saute it, add cornflour mixed in cold water, keep mixing it, add Soya Sauce, keep mixing on medium flame till thickens, add salt, place manchurian balls in the gravy, pour the gravy on it, Manchurian with gravy is ready, Serve it Hot :).
