INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • asafoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 10 - 12 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup malai
  • 1/2 tbsp khada masala
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables
  • 1 bowl basmati rice
  • 1 cup roasted kaju
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • coriander leaves for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add oil, ghee, cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida. Add chopped onions and saute. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.

    Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste and mix. Add malai and mix it well. Add khada masala and mix it.

    Add chopped capsicum, mixed chopped vegetables and mix it well. Add boiled basmati rice and mix it. Add roasted kaju, raisins and mix it well.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
