INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup soaked sago
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 5 to 6 dry sclied apricots
  • ½ cup chopped kiwis
  • ½ cup chopped plums
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

HOW TO PREPARE VEG CHEESE CUTLETS

    In a bowl mash the leftover sabzi (preferably potato and mixed vegetables).
  2. 2

    Add refined flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper powder.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Divide the mixture in small portions and stuff each portion with grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5

    Seal the cutlets (to resemble a ball) and flatten slightly, shaping the cutlets.
  6. 6

    Coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs.
  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown.
  8. 8

    Serve with tomato sauce and lettuce leaves.
