INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp goda masala
  • 1 cup white peas
  • sprouted
  • 1 cup white broad beans
  • soaked
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish :{chopped onions
  • Farsan
  • Lemon wedge
  • Curry leaf fried
  • For Serving:{Pav}

HOW TO PREPARE VATANA AUR VAAL KI USAL

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and goda masala and mix well.

    Add sprouted white peas and white broad beans.

    Mix again and add water.

    Boil and cook on a high flame.
  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped onion, farsan, a lemon wedge and fried curry leaves.

    Serve hot with pav.
