  • For Vadapav French Toast: 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Green Chutney
  • 1 Cup Minced Chicken
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ Cup Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • ½ tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • ½ Cup Onions
  • ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • ½ tsp Sesame Seeds
  • ½ Cup Green Beans
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Orange
  • Tomato Sauce
  • garlic Chutney powder
  • Fresh Coriander

HOW TO PREPARE VADAPAV FRENCH TOAST

    Procedure to make Vadapav French Toast: In a heated pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, cumin seeds, green chutney.

    Add minced chicken, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Add boiled mashed potatoes and mix it.
  4. 4

    Add ghee and let it cook.
  5. 5

    Add salt, finely chopped green chillies.
  6. 6

    In another heated pan oil, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and toss it.

    Add the mixed chicken and potatoes in the pan and mix it well.

    In a bowl add gram flour, asafoetida, crushed coriander, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, salt, water and mix it well.

    Slice the brown bread and add the mixture of chicken and potatoes and prepare a sandwich.

    In a heated pan add ghee.

    Roll the sandwich in the liquid mixture and fry it in the pan from both the sides until it turns brown and crispy.

    Place the sandwich on a plate.

    In the same heated pan add chopped onions, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, salt, water, green beans and toss it.

    Add crushed black pepper and orange.

    For plating brush tomato sauce on the plate and place the Vadapav French Toast.

    To garnish add garlic chutney powder, fresh coriander leaves and Vadapav French Toast is ready to serve.
