Vada Pav

In this monsoon weather, there is nothing you can crave for more than a hot piping vada pav. Try this vada recipe which is simple and easy to make and end your cravings.

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cannellini beans
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, Parsley leaves
  • 1 cup mixed greens, Salt, black pepper powder, Fresh herbs

    For the batter: In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, soda and water.

    Mix well until it forms a batter and keep it aside.

    For the vada mixture: Heat mustard oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.

    mix it well.

    Make small vadas from the mixture.

    Dip the vadas into the batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.

    For the pav: Apply green chutney and tamarind chutney on the pav.

    Place the fried vadas inside the pav.
  10. 10

    Your vada pav is ready to be served.
