INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup soaked white broad beans
  • 2 cups flat beans
  • chopped
  • 1 cup chopped French beans
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: grated coconut

HOW TO PREPARE VAAL TARKARI

    Heat mustard oil in a pan, add chopped garlic finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes and chopped green chillies and fry well, add white broad beans and allow it to cook, add chopped flat beans and French beans and mix well.

    Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.

    Mix and fry well.

    Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot.
