  • For urad dal ke pakode
  • 200 gm urdal dal
  • oil to fry
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ onion
  • 1/4 tsp jhakiya seeds
  • salt
  • 1/4 red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • For chutney
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 20 gm fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • salt

    Make paste of overnight soaked urad dal with water.

    add ginger green chillies, onion, fresh coriander, jhakiya seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

    take batter in moist palm, give its around shape and flatten it using fingers.
  4. 4

    Create an indent in the centre. sprinkle black sesame seeds on wada and deep fry till it get crisp, add coriander leave.
