INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fada lapsi atta
  • 1 potatao
  • 1-2 Onion
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustered seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asofoetida
  • 7-10 curry leaves
  • 3 tsp crushed green chilly
  • 1/2- 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2-2and1/2 cup water
  • chopped coriender leaves for garnishing

    In a pan heat oil add mustered seeds , asofoetide ,turmic powder then add chopped onion fry it for 1-2 min till it becomes slight pink aftre that add chopped potatoes, salt as per test and crushed green chilly then add little water so that potatoes can half cooked add some salt and crushed green chilly as per test then add 1 to 1 and 1/2 cup water once it boiling add fada lapsi atta then cover it with lid for 5 mins after 5-10mins check it if atta is not cooked again cover the lid and cook it for 5 mins. once it cook properly switch off the gas add coriender leaves mix it properly and serve it.
