Grease the baking tray with butter and keep it aside. Cut the phyllo pastry sheets into halves. Layer the tray with sheets by applying butter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 10 - 15 minutes.
For the sauce, in a pan, add milk, vanilla essence, sugar. Finely chop the almonds and pistachios. Add the milk to the phyllo sheets. Add chopped nuts, pine nuts and bake it again in the oven at 180'C for 20 - 25 minutes.
